By purchasing any ECBOR Event ticket/tickets via this website, The purchaser understands and comprehends that they are also agreeing to the following liability waiver & release form.
LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE AS A “PARTICIPANT,” I HEREBY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN AND/ OR VOLUNTEERING WITH TRAINING, TESTING, EVENTS, AND/OR MEETINGS SPONSORED BY OR ORGANIZED BY EMERALD COAST BOARD OF REALTIST (“ECBOR”). In consideration of the acceptance for the right to participate in ECBOR training, testing, or other events or meetings, I hereby:
* I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including, but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from ECBOR events, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: EMERALD COAST BOARD OF REALTIST (“ECBOR”), its current and former agents, officers, sponsors, volunteers, venue, representatives, organizers, and employees of the above-named entities.
* I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: EMERALD COAST BOARD OF REALTIST(“ECBOR”), its current and former agents, officers, sponsors, volunteers, venue, representatives, organizers, and employees of the above-named entities.
* I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for the safety of myself and my vehicle.
* I acknowledge that any driving outside of or above stated government limits is fully my responsibility.
* I acknowledge that any medical expense for myself, passenger, or others resulting from my driving is solely my responsibility.
* I understand the risks associated with COVID and will adhere to state and or federal guidelines to minimize risk.
* If I contract COVID as a result of attending ECBOR trainings, meetings, or events, I hold ECBOR, its current and former agents, officers, sponsors, volunteers, venue, and employees harmless.
I CERTIFY THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD, I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, I AM COMPETENT TO CONTRACT IN MY OWN NAME, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY IS A CONTRACT, WHICH IS BINDING ON ME, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNS, AND REPRESENTATIVES, AND I AGREE TO IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
